About me

With more than twenty years of experience in C-level leadership roles, I specialise in digitalisation, transformation and execution. Throughout my career, I have worked across multiple industries and successfully led organisations through complex and often critical situations.

As an Interim Manager I contribute an independent external perspective, combine entrepreneurial thinking with strong operational leadership and act free from internal political interests. My objective is to deliver measurable results quickly while establishing sustainable solutions that endure beyond my mandate.

• Extensive experience in Interim Management in both line and project roles at VP, CEO, CTO and CIO level.
• Proven track record in transforming companies and business units, including rightsizing, restructuring and growth initiatives, as well as end-to-end digital transformations.
• Leadership responsibility for organisations of up to 300 employees and P&L accountability for revenues exceeding CHF 100 million.
• Strong experience with nearshoring and offshoring models, including the management of large-scale outsourcing initiatives.
• Executive Master in Change Management (EMC), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science ETH (MSc).
• Deep domain expertise in ICT and industrial automation, with a strong background in industrial software development.
• Eight years of international experience as an expatriate, including six years with Nestlé, with extensive involvement in global programmes and international project management.
• Fluent in English, German, French, with working knowledge of Spanish and Japanese.
