Interim managers - experience and new energy for the team
According to the study, the use of Interim Managers also has a positive effect on the entire team: 39 per cent of the managers surveyed say that their employees have benefited from the experience of freelancers and that they have been taught specialist skills that they lack. 37 per cent even noted that the personnel mix made it easier to achieve goals. Just as many HR managers have noticed a new energy and motivation in the core workforce as a result of using freelancers. "Freelancers bring their knowledge from other companies and industries and share their expertise with their new colleagues," explains Azeri. "This is particularly important for medium-sized companies, which are often still at the beginning of digitalisation projects."
