Focus on setting up, restructuring or dismantling organisational units
The past 6 years as an IM have shown me that many companies are in a continuous process of change. This can be the result of a necessary market adjustment, but also due to rapid growth.
This topic of change (on the psychological side as well as on the side of corporate dynamics) has accompanied and fascinated me for quite some time now.
In order to be able to better support companies in this process, I decided to complete an additional Master's programme at the renowned French university Insead (https://www.insead.edu/master-programmes/executive-master-change/).
My aim with this training is to support companies even better in setting up, restructuring or dismantling organisational units and thus to sharpen my focus.
I am already happy to recommend myself for assignments where major change processes need to be implemented.
