• Short-term assumption of operational responsibility for the Business Applications department (approx. 250 internal employees and 50 external employees), spread over 6 international locations

Tasks

• Seamless takeover of the role as Head Business Applications and management of the associated BA team (8 direct reports)
• Stabilisation of the team and realignment towards strategic corporate goals (=> IT as a business enabler)
• Budget responsibility 50 mCHF, creating transparency about the IT cost structure, cost optimisation
• Strategic review of the platform strategy, preparation of an RFP and selection of a suitable consultant
• Familiarisation and handover to the permanent job holder
