• Review and further development of strategy and organisation in cooperation with the committees involved (VRH, ICT Board, GrKo)
• Demonstrate concrete added value through strengthening Group IT
• Implementation and management of day-to-day ICT operations at Group level
• Sub-project manager in ICT and digitalisation projects, e.g. Abacus@EBG project.
• Support for the Group companies (projects, further development, problems)
