The Future of Leadership

I am very much excited and grateful to be part of the UN event about the “Future of Leadership”. Hosted by the SDG (UN Sustainable Development Goals) Tent during the World Economic Forum annual meetings in Davos.
The SDG Tent at Davos 2019 is an impartial and open space where ideas, thought-leadership and unhindered dialogue can flourish and progress the global debate around the role of business and its capacity to deliver sustainable and inclusive development.
The discussion will focus on “The Future of Leadership” to look at how leaders can and must navigate the increasingly complex business and governance landscape of the Digital Age.
Moderated by Peter Zemsky, Deputy Dean of INSEAD, panellists include Sue Desmond-Hellmann, CEO of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation; Stephane Kasriel, CEO of Upwork; Rain Yu Long, CHRO at JD.com; Maheen Rahman, CEO of Alfalah GHP Investment Management and Feike Sijbesma, CEO of DSM.
I am really looking forward to this opportunity to deepen my understanding about leadership in the context of Digital Business Transformations!
Indeed, a great event it was! I was especially thrilled to see that next to the high-profile panelist there were also other world leaders like Peter Brabeck-Letmathe, John Holland-Kaye and others… not to forget about Andre Hoffmann. Such a high concentration of world leader is only possible at the WEF. Great insight and learnings. Thank you Peter Zemsky and INSEAD for making this possible!
