- Accountable for the IT part of the reorganisation/turnaround to reduce OPEX by 30 MEUR
- Supported M&A activities towards a new owner (share market delisting and transfer to PE)
- Supported IT infrastructure outsourcing to third party provider (200 MEUR contract)
